About ECLAFounded in 2023 and having opened its doors in the fall of 2024, East Coast Leadership Academy (ECLA) is a community-based private school in the heart of Fredericton, New Brunswick. Our school educates the whole child through community-wide personalized and experiential learning, allowing students to discover their passions and skills, and reach their individual potential.
We achieve this through the development of character and citizenship as well as the teaching of global competencies, which emphasize collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking. We believe in having an option that goes beyond the four walls of a classroom. Our community partners help provide our students access to experiential learning through hands-on opportunities that enrich and expand their educational experiences.
